Karen Leann Murphy

Leann Murphy is a debut author whose writing draws deeply from a life of faith, resilience, and grace. With 37 years of marriage, decades of parenting and grandparenting, and a career that spans public relations, education, nonprofit leadership, and entrepreneurship, Leann brings a rich and authentic voice to her storytelling. She has spent years teaching Bible classes and leading retreats for women and teens, passionately sharing how God's Word has carried her through seasons of challenge and filled her life with abundance. Her greatest joy is in helping others see God's hand at workeven in our failuresand reminding us all that His purpose prevails. A graduate of Harding University, Leann holds degrees in English, journalism, and education, and is the founder of MPowered Business, Inc. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross and is active in the Business Acceleration System of Louisiana Central. Originally from Texas and now settled on a peaceful oxbow of the Red River in Louisiana, she cherishes time with her husband Mike, their sons and daughters-in-law, and their precious grandsons. Whether writing, teaching, or simply listening, Leann's heart is always to encourage others in the journey of faith.
